NFL wife terror Miko Grimes is just as crazy as you thought

Miko Grimes not only speaks up for her NFL husband, she practically architects his career.
That according to Miko herself, who said the string of vulgar tweets that earned her headlines and cost husband Brent his job with the Dolphins in 2016 was all part of her grand plan to move their family away from the team she had grown to hate.
“People say I got him cut with my mouth,” Miko told Sports Illustrated in a feature on the couple published Wednesday. “Duh! That was the goal!”
Miko cast a negative aura around her husband, a four-time Pro Bowl cornerback now with the Buccaneers, when she became unhinged on Twitter toward the end of his final season with the Dolphins. The former sports talk show host spewed venom at Miami’s front office, local reporters and quarterback Ryan Tannehill — who quickly became her favorite target — all because, as Miko recalled, the Dolphins told Brent he would have to take a pay cut to remain with the team; otherwise, they would hold him hostage until teams lost the cap space to sign him.
Though the Dolphins denied this conversation ever took place, according to SI, Miko uses it to justify her crusade to get him released sooner rather than later. And, according to Miko (who earlier that season was arrested at a Dolphins game for disorderly conduct), Brent endorsed her crude tantrums.
“[Brent] said, ‘Go for it.’ I got his full permission to be as disrespectful to the Dolphins as I wanted to be,” she said. “And I threw in Tannehill because I don’t like him or his wife.”
So unleashed a series of angry tweets at the Dolphins’ 2012 first-round pick following the team’s loss to the Colts in the penultimate game of the 2015 season.
i knew this qb stunk the minute we signed to this team but i tried to keep quiet so i didnt discourage bae from believing in his team.

My Column: How many people does ryan tannehill have to get fired before you realize he's the problem.

The insults, which forced Brent to assure Tannehill he didn’t share his wife’s opinions, got Miko what she wanted — the Dolphins released Brent in March 2016 — but perhaps at a cost. A few days later, the Buccaneers signed Brent to a two-year deal with $7 million guaranteed, a value below the market average and especially surprising for a player of his caliber.
The consequence didn’t pull Miko away from her keyboard, as she went after Tannehill and, most jarringly, Dolphins owner Stephen Ross and executive vice president Mike Tannenbaum.
“Gotta respect ross for keeping his jew buddies employed but did he not see how tannebaum put the jets in the dumpster w/ that sanchez deal,” Miko wrote, prompting accusations of anti-Semitism, which she tried to downplay in the SI interview.
Happily situated with the Buccaneers, where Brent enjoyed a strong debut season with 51 tackles and four interceptions in 16 games started, Miko said she reserves her rants for arguing for her husband’s NFL standing.
“You see now why I talk so much s—?” she said. “I’m sick of him not getting any props. Why does everyone know me? Know the person I’m yelling about.”
